Thermal Insulation Coating allows for heat conservation and personnel protection while providing insulation on irregular objects and eliminates corrosion under insulation (CUI).

We have installed conventional insulation using Calcium Silicate, Perlite and Foamglass with aluminum or stainless steel jacketing on piping, values and vessels. We also build insulation blankets.

Fireproofing, a passive fire protection measure, refers to the act of making materials or structures more resistant to fire, or to those materials themselves, or the act of applying such materials. Applying a certified fireproofing system to certain structures allows these to have a fire-resistance rating.

This surface preparation method is a safe and environmentally friendly way to remove dead paint, light rust and stains in an area where personnel are present and cleanup is a concern. By adding a water ring, all dust is eliminated and the surface is left clean to paint with a quick rinse.

This method takes the place of power tools, sandblasting, or hydro-blasting and is non-destructive to glass, plastic, and instrumentation. It can also be used for cleaning turbine parts, fin coolers, compressors, piping or just about any surface.
